At AB FABRICS, we aim to provide a completely hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and retained.
  • Slight color variations due to photographic lighting settings will not be considered as a manufacturing defect, but you can still return the product if you are unsatisfied.

3. How to Initiate a Return

You can easily start your return process via any of these convenient methods:

  • Directly from Website: Log in to your account on our website, go to the 'My Orders' section, select the order you wish to return, and click on the 'Request Return/Exchange' button.
  • WhatsApp: Message us at +91 8210091672 with your Order ID and product images.
  • Email: Write to us at abfabbgp@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

Once your return request is submitted/confirmed, our courier partner will arrange a doorstep pickup from your registered delivery address.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: Return pickup is completely Free of Cost for our customers.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Card/Wallet) used during the purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, you will need to provide your Bank Account details, Google Pay number, or Paytm number to receive the refund.
  • Timeline: Refunds will reflect in your account within 8-12 working days after we receive and verify the returned product at our workshop.
